The checkbox on each item when staging / unstaging files appears to have been removed. This was an extremely useful feature, and it would be great to see it put back in. If someone felt it was unintuitive, you could at least have changed it to a "stage" button on each item. Having to individually select each item and click "Stage" is terrible compared to the old way.
