Some UI Elements Not Rendering

    Description

      I just updated to the lastes windows version of source tree, 1.9.5.0 and have been experinece UI problems, in the file staging section of the UI.

      As you can see in the screenshot, all of the checkboxes for staging files are missing, and there is no way to stage files individually anymore.
