I deeply desire SourceTree to have a view like Plastic SCM's Branch Explorer. Seeing the branches in 2D space makes me happy and comfortable because it mimics reality. Similarly to mimicking reality, Plastic SCM's graph actually changes when you branch something. The SourceTree graph seems to flatten and eliminate all indication of actual branching except for eventual specific conditions. I'm sure this is efficient and brilliant use of space, but it ultimately makes SourceTree less intuitive for me to use. A quick google search shows I'm not alone in the confusion.
