If I do something on command line and come back to SourceTree window a refresh is not triggered but I have to press F5 to refresh the repository. Refresh option is enabled but seems it does not recognize file changes.

I did a "git rebase --continue" to end a rebase which was not recognized and a "git push --force" which doesn't refresh the view. Both work in stable version.
