No new line at the end of .gitmodules when changing submodule URL

      1. Open a repository with submodules
      2. Right-lick a submodule in the tree and click Change source URL...
      3. Change URL

      There is no new line at the end of the .gitmodules file. This may depend on which submodule was changed if there is more than one. Git itself seems to always insert a new line at the end of the file.

      The result is Team City cannot check out the repository. The problem was quite hard to diagnose. It may be that other software packages expect a new line at the end of the file as well.
