Medium I can press the menu item and run it,
but the "window"/"dialog" for changing the commits never shows up

(Observation from 1.9.0.5)
If the current branch has remote tracking branch, it shows the output with `console_output`
If the current branch has NO remote tracking branch, it shows the output with `19_console_output`
Just tried to run the command in console manually:
