Unicode in filename makes the file impossible to stage

      SourceTree standalone, Default Text Encoding set to windows-1250

      Our project has (unfortunately) some files with not english names. Like "dlgBogenzähler.vb".

      It appears (with bogus filename) in the "Unstaged files" list as "changed", but the preview doesn't show anything.
      When trying to stage the file, I'm getting a fatal error.
