Sometimes, after making changes to files on submodules, the changes to not appear anywhere. In fact, no files appear in the window even if I change the settings to view all files. Usually, if I close and re-open SourceTree, the files reappear. However, the last time it did not,

Refreshing (either from the menu or by hitting F5) does not solve the issue.

When I go to the Log / History view, I can see the files (I thought previous times I did not, so this may not be consistent).
