When I attempt to 'clone' and I use sourcetree to scan the remote github repo, sourcetree has the little busy circle running. It does not stop. the gui does not show all my repos on github. I'm trying to clone particular repos and I cannot access them via sourcetree.

I have a mac and sourcetree does not have this problem. I do need this to work on my windows workstation.
