Upon trying to clone repository via SSH, using PuttY as the client will cause the message "Checking Source" to continue spinning continuously when trying to clone.

Workaround
You can you attempt to change to a different SSH Client. You can do this by going to SourceTree Option >> SSH Client >> change from PuttY to OpenSSH
