Missing GUI buttons after upgrade

      Windows 7 64Bit

      I got the SourceTree upgrade dialog to upgrade to 0.9.2, I upgraded and when it restarted I got no buttons in the upper bar but the Settings button. (see the screenshot)

      Restarting the application apparently fixes the problem.
