Context menu description for staging

      In the right click context menu for a file in the "working copy changes" the text to stage a file is "Add to Index". In the "Staged changes" files have the context text "unstage from index".

      When training people in how to use Git with SourceTree the concept of the index just adds detail they don't need.

      The context menu text would be more consistent and intuitive if it was "Stage File" in the working copy area and "Unstage File" in the staged changes area.
