Check default remotes causes git commands to hang

      When the 'check default remotes for updates every X minutes" option is selected, trying to use the commands (Fetch, Pull) will cause Sourcetree to hang. The progress bar keeps moving and the full output shows the relevant git command, but nothing appears to actually work until SourceTree is restarted.

      When the check default remotes option is not selected, this doesn't happen.
