This is an issue affecting also many previous versions.
When a project contains submodules, the list of them is displayed on the left pane.
An icon shows the submodule status (like 3 dots ... for modification)
Given I didn't find the docs on the precise meaning of icons I guessed

• "..." for modifications
• "up arrow" when it's time for a push

If I open the submodule, commit mods and push, I would expect to see the icon cleared. Many times the "up arrow" is still shown.

In general I found icons not reflecting properly the submodule state. This is not always true, though: other times they work properly.
