Open Submodule on Commit -> Application Crashes

      Before this version the feature to call on submodule was bugged (blank screen -> need to close dialog and restart commit) but was not crashing the application.

      Now on committing and with SourceTree checking the submodules' state.
      If you click on Open to pre-commit a submodule, the application just crash with a nice dialog to inform you about the critical failure.
