SourceTree Crashes in Submodule Check Dialog

    Description

      Attempt to add a commit to a repository with a submodule with uncommitted changes to bring up the following screen, and click the open button. SourceTree immediately crashes.

      I was experimenting with git submodules and ran into this bug. After restarting SourceTree I tried again and it still crashed.
