Upgraded to 1.8.2.3 and I get mingw32 errors on Win10

      Windows 10, 16GB Ram, Intel Core i7. Dell XPS15

      Every few minutes I get these alerts pop up:

      The procedure entry point EVP_aes_128_ctr could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\git_local\mingw32\bin\libssh2-1.dll.

      The procedure entry point ERR_remove_thread_state could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\git_local\mingw32\bin\libcurl-4.dll.

      I have re-installed SourceTree and I have updated the embedded git but I still get the errors.
