Python precommit hook fails with latest version

    Description

      Latest version returns the following error when running Python precommit script

      /usr/bin/env: python: No such file or directory

      changing the shebang does not seem to make any difference, SourceTree on Windows seems to always tries to start Python using the Unix path. Used to work with previous versions.
