Previous versions of SourceTree has a Display as Treeview (alongside Flat list single column/multi column) - the Treeview option has been removed. I found this display option handy since it allowed me to Stage an entire folder with a single click of the folder, now I have to stage each file individually which is quite time consuming for large folders (there does not seem to be anyway to select multiple files and stage them all at once)
