Crashes after closing external merge tool.

      When resolving merge conflicts:

      1. Right click item with merge conflicts in working directory
      2. Resolve Conflicts > Launch External Merge tool
      3. Correct conflicts in tool (TortiseMerge)
      4. Close Merge Tool, Sourcetree crashes
