Error on creating Git Flow.

    Description

      SourceTree v 1.8.1.0

      When I want to create a Git Flow structure SourceTree is giving that kind of error.
      Bug occured when I've upgraded to version 1.8.1.0.

      sh.exe C:\Users\BATMAN\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\gitflow_local\gitflow\git-flow init -d
      Completed with errors, see above.

      And there are no errors above.
