Git flow fails without error message

When I try to use Git flow it shows the following, regardless of whether I use system Git or internal Git (and Show Full Output is checked):

sh.exe C:\Users\<myusername>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\gitflow_local\gitflow\git-flow release start create-banner
Completed with errors, see above.
