SourceTree Crashes when trying to Launch External Merge Tool

      Updated to new SourceTree 1.8.1

      Updated to SourceTree 1.8.1 and did a pull from repository. Had conflicts to resolve. Tried to Launch External Merge Tool and received "SourceTree has stopped Working" error
