    Description

      1. Delete a file tracked by git
      2. In the list of unstaged files, check the box for the deleted file

      Expected: this file is staged
      Actual: error message:

      git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false rm -q -f – filename
      fatal: pathspec 'filename' did not match any files"
