GitFlow broken in latest version 1.8.1

    Description

      • The main GitFlow action button in main toolbar is not there
      • Repository > GitFlow > Start New Feature opens the branch name window but then click Ok and throw error and doesn't create the branch:
        this is the error:
        sh.exe C:\Users\<myusersfoldername>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\gitflow_local\gitflow\git-flow feature start TestBranch
        Completed with errors, see above.
