SourceTree fail to make commit

      Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

      After moving file from one location to other location. Source Tree v1.8 was crashing but after installing Source Tree v1.8.1, it start giving error and Our work blocked. Please provide resolution as early as possible.
