Diff viewer doesn't show line added at end of file

Diff fails to show new line added at end of file.

Repro:

• Create a new file with a single line of text (+newline at EOF)
• Commit said file
• Add a second line (+newline at EOF)
• Commit file again
• View diff (in SrcTreeWin) for most recent commit. Note that the added line isn't shown
• Sigh deeply
• Uninstall SourceTree 1.8.1
• Reinstall 1.7
• Get on with life
