When focused the UI of SourceTree continuously refreshes (once every 500ms or so) making using the software impossible. See attached for demo.
This is particularly annoying when trying to view the "Log / History" tab, since each refresh keeps setting it back to the "File status" tab.

Potentially related, the "push changes immediately to..." checkbox under the commit text box is continuously being enabled then disabled.

Issue still exists with both
Repository settings > Advanced > automatically refresh...
and
Tools > Options > General > refresh automatically...
unchecked.
Issue still exists with Visual Studio closed.
