Installer cannot find existing Mercurial

      Mercurial is installed in C:\Program Files\Mercurial and PATH is set correctly

      The installer cannot find the installed version of Mercurial even though the PATH variable si set correctly. Furthermore, the option for pointing the installer to the already installed version does not work. The only way to complete the installation is to choose the embedded version of hg.
