Add option for non-recursive check-out of submodules (add submodule)

When adding a submodule, there is no way to only add the submodule on the highest level. It will always invoke --recursive during the git update submodules. It would be nice to add an option to the 'advanced settings' in this dialog to only checkout the submodule itself and not its children.
