Problem Definition

When a change is made in a Submodule, an indication is shown at the moment only in the parent repository tab, like below:

No indication is shown in the parent repository in the repository list on the left:

The user cannot see that changes have been made in the submodule, unless he opens the parent repository tab.

Suggested Solution

When changes are made in a Submodule, show an indication in the parent repository in the repository list on the left.

This way the user will get a quick grasp on the state of the repository without having to open each one of them individually to check for changes in the Submodules.
