Terminal button no longer launch Git Bash shell after updating.

      Running Windows 7 - 64 bit.

      After the update from 1.6.11 -> 1.6.23, the Git Bash Shell (terminal button) seems to be broken, giving the error window below.

      Version 1.6.11 had a working Git Bash for both embedded and system git.
      They both stopped working after the update.
