      Please allow us to specify the command used for the Terminal menu item.
      On windows it defaults to using cmd.exe to launch a shell, but many of my repositories use UNC paths.

      It would be much nicer to be able to specify which shell to launch (with command options). Similar to custom actions.

      I realize that I can map a network drive and avoid using UNC paths, but there are other perks to using a different shell (using Cygwin, Mingw64, console2, etc).
