We've got large text files with large diffs. For instance 301 lines added, 2376 deleted. This takes ages to display a diff of - many seconds. We don't actually need to see the diff we just want to select the file to commit it! Having a bunch of these in the changes files, then selecting all the changes files can hang SourceTree for minutes.
