Icon bar empty after SourceTree updates

      Windows 7, Aero, all Windows updates installed

      When using the SourceTree auto-updater, the icons in the icon bar are missing after SourceTree restarts (see attachment).

      They can be restored by restarting SourceTree manually after the update is finished.
