Errors and crashes after upgrading Git to v2.5.0

      Git for Windows v2.5.0 was officially released a few days ago. After upgrading, SourceTree now crashes when I click the Terminal button (see attached stack trace).

      When I try to use the Fetch, Pull, or Push buttons, SourceTree doesn't crash, but I get the following error message:

      error: cannot spawn C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlassian\SourceTree\tools\openssh_wrapper.sh: No such file or directory
