My Source Tree language is set to French rather than automatic. When going to commits list, I see commit time in H12 format, i.e. 1:28 rather than 13:28.

When I change Source Tree language to English, it uses H24 format.

I would expect to use H24 format when using French language (and I assume English H12 format).
