SourceTree crahes on first startup

      Since version 1.6.18, the first start of ST always reslts in a crash, even the "Oh my dear ... crash ..." dialogue is incomplete.

      The second atempt to start ST is fine, however. Only difference: PuTTY auth agent is already started this time around.
