Bookmark Panel Size on startup

      After Upgrading to the current version of SourceTree the window behavior on startup changed.
      The bookmarks (Panel / TreeView) needs the half window weight. I can resize it and disable it. But when I Try to enable the panel (ctrl + b) it won't show up again.

      Reinstalling SrouceTree doesn't change anything.
