When I commit, I dont want to see the full output window as I have to then close the window before I can continue; however longer/remote operations like Push and Pull do necessitate showing the Full Output console so you can see what has happened and its status.

I suggest converting the single one option to either 3 separate options (Show Full Output for [ ] Commit / [ ] Pull / [ ] Push) or a drop-down multi-select list of some description.
