.dll files missing after install of 1.6.14.0 on Windows 7 Enterprise SP 1

      After installation, I had to copy libiconv-2.dll, libcrypto.dll, libssl.dll, and libcurl.dll from:
      C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\git_local\bin
      to:
      C:\Users\<UserID> \AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\git_local\libexec\git-core

      do avoid 'missing dll' errors from git.exe
