Default global git ignore file created by Sourcetree shouldn't contain .dll

      A global git ignore file is created when installing Sourcetree on Windows. By default, the file contains lines to ignore files build by Visual Studio. However, all Dlls are not necessarily build by Visual Studio. so .dll files shouldn't be set to be ignored by default
