For the non-git savvy, it'd be nice to be able to manage client-side git-hooks from a GUI.

This could be relatively simple, such as what is implemented in TortoiseGit 2.357 Client Side Hook Scripts.

There could be a window which lists the current git-hooks and their types that can be edited right through SourceTree.
