Installation error - "Another instance of setup is already running"

      I am unable to install SourceTree on my Windows 8 machine. I receive the attached error, even after a fresh restart, and ensuring that no installation processes are running in the background.

      I've tried running the installation as an administrator and normally with no luck.

      Please help!
