Application crashed when unchecking Staged Files checkbox

      I had made some changes to some files in a directory using Visual Studio 2013. After closing VS, I went to SourceTree to commit my changes. The staged files and unstaged files were both empty. I unchecked the Staged files checkbox, and the application crashed.
