File selections and its scroll position in branches view fully refreshes midway

In the branches view, at file list below the graph, the file selections and scrolling position auto refreshes on random time. Even if in the middle of selecting files, everything just randomly being refreshed. Sometimes it refreshes in a few seconds, sometimes it refreshes in minutes:
