If I add a Submodule and specify a Source Branch in the Advanced Options, I get the following error:
fatal: Cannot update paths and switch to branch '<BranchName>' at the same time.

Performing the operation a second time gives the illusion of it being a success, but in actual fact, one must do a manual checkout on the submodule folder to switch to the designated branch/tag...
