Someone(on Mac OS X) committed to git a filename containing an ampersand (&), which is an invalid character on Windows. I have fixed the git repository so that I can pull it successfully on Windows, but when I select one of the old commits (by single clicking it) in the list of commits, SourceTree reliably crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open SourceTree
2. Select repository on left side of main window
3. Single click a commit before I removed the invalid characters from the repository.
4. SourceTree crashes. "Oh dear."
