I was working with my project. Went to SourceTree window with my project opened. SourceTree refreshed and showed me current changes, also it marked my submodule as changed (I changed it indeed). I opened submodule and there were no pending changed files as usual. Just empty. I refreshed - nothing. Then I clicked on checkbox above the "Staged files" section, and it crashed.
