I'm really sorry to duplicate this bug, but I wasn't sure how to bring it to anyone's attention otherwise. This is biting us with non-technical users (artists), and is not trivially easy to work around (unless I've missed something). It's sucking up a fair bit of support time, so I'd like it to be considered a higher priority than "Trivial" if possible.
